Clear Brook Properties, LLC was founded in 2019 by Gerard Amalfitano “JR” and is primarily focused on residential development in the Chatham / Madison area of Morris County, NJ.

We are partnered with industry professional and local master builder John Marinaccio of Marinaccio Construction. Together we are forging forward to build quality homes for today’s buyer. Our strategic partnership allows us to focus on developing exceptional properties under strict budgetary controls while concentrating on our acquisition pipeline and project management. Our homes are designed with a timeless elegance that encompass the needs of today’s buyer.
